Main Hall
Rentals – Planning a Celebration, Meeting or Training Session?
Main Hall is capable of handling up to 120 people depending on the table and chair configuration. The following is a list of table combinations and seating arrangements:
- Ten (10) 8-foot-long rectangular tables which seat 8 people
- Seven (7) 6-foot-long rectangular tables which seat 6 people
- Ten (10) 6-foot-round tables which seat 8 people
In addition, there is an 85” TV equipped with WIFI.
The rental for the main hall is $80 per hour (9:00 am – 11:00 pm) and $100 per hour after 11 pm. Rentals need a two (2) hour minimum and require a $125 per Security Deposit. The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs.
Note: Rental time includes your setup and cleanup time.
There is a Renter’s Refrigerator available for your use, and you may bring your own caterer and alcohol. Note: Most caterers bring hotplates, chafing dishes and etc.

Audio/Visual Room
The Post Audio/Visual Room provides tables and chairs in a U-Shape arrangement and has a has an 85” TV with audio/visual for meeting and/or training with other locations. In addition, the rental also includes a larger room which can be used for a breakout area or provide an area for refreshments.
The rental for the A/V Room is $150 per hour (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Rentals require a two (2) hour minimum and a $125 per Security Deposit. The renter is responsible for ensuring area is clean and garbage placed in the dumpster.
Note: Rental time includes your setup and cleanup time.

The rental for the Basement Hall is $65 per hour (9:00 am – 11:00 pm) and $75 per hour after 11 pm. Rentals need a two (2) hour minimum and require a $125 per Security Deposit. The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs.
Note: Rental time includes your setup and cleanup time.
There is a Renter’s Refrigerator available for your use, and you may bring your own caterer and alcohol. Note: Most caterers bring hotplates, chafing dishes and other items.
